Q: My photos aren't being detected. A: Make sure Mori has access to All Photos in Settings > Privacy > Photos.
Q: I missed my 10-minute window. A: The window closes after 10 minutes by design. That day will remain blank in your journal.
Q: How do I delete my account? A: Go to Me tab > Settings > Delete Account.
Q: My journal entry didn't save. A: Check your internet connection. Entries sync to the cloud when connected.
